Annual dues in the UK are £15, paid by bankers order, with a £12 joining and registration fee. British members normally receive a Yearbook and a newsletter each year. There is an annual meeting, which normally includes a visit to a place of historic, Maitland interest, and other social gatherings from time to time, mainly in the London area.  See British Newsletter

In Australia, members normally receive four newsletters a year, and there are regular social gatherings in the Sydney area.  See Australian Newsletter    In New Zealand, members receive the Yearbook - dues NZ$40 p.a.
